An Evangelism Guide For The American Church

At Redeeming Love Seminars, Inc. we understand that doing evangelism work can be
very intimidating.

We want to provide a guide to help you know what you can say to share the Gospel.

________________________________

Step One:

Ask: What is human nature like?

Say: The Bible says we were made in the image of God, and then read Genesis 1:26

________________________________

Step Two:

Say:
The Bible says human nature has been corrupted by what God considers to be evil and then read Psalm 53:2-3.

________________________________

Step Three:

Ask
"What has God done to fix the flaws that now exist in human nature?

Say:
God became a man named Jesus Christ and then read John 1:1, 14.

 ________________________________

Step Four:

Say:
God, as a man, had every opportunity to be corrupted by what God considers to be evil,
but He never crossed that line, and then read Hebrews 4:15.

 ________________________________

Step Five:

Say: God, as an innocent man, died in our place so that we could go free.
Then read 2 Corinthians 5:21.

________________________________

Step Six:

Say: God, as an innocent man, proved that we could be free from our disobedience and its death penalty by the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Then read 1 Corinthians 15:1-8, and Acts 1:3.

 ________________________________

Step Seven:

Ask: What changes in human nature when a person hears the Gospel and believes it is true?

Then read Galatians 5:24, followed by Galatians 5:22-23 and ask:
Has your life been changed?

Mission Accomplished!

If you have shared all seven steps in order, then the Gospel has been preached.

Also, if God causes a change of heart mentioned in John 3:3 in the person you were preaching too, then they need to be baptized immediately.

After being baptized, it is time for the work of discipleship to begin in a local Church.

If you are not sure how to begin making disciples, then feel free to begin using the resources available online at our website.
